Susquehanna Valley Community Education Project

Susquehanna Valley Community Education Project (SVCEP) is the non-profit organization that is facilitating the establishment of Susquehanna Valley Community College. It will be Pennsylvania's 16th community college service the central counties of the commonwealth, including Northumberland, Union, Montour, Snyder, and adjacent counties. The new public anchor institution will be accessible and affordable for nearly 650,000 residents in the central Pennsylvania workforce development region.
